Albert J. Holder, S.T.L., J.D., Managing Director

As an attorney with prior experience and credentials both as a parish director of religious education and graduate of the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome (the “Angelicum”), Albert joins The Pelican Group with a unique skillset. He works on client projects across all the company’s lines of business, including strategic planning, development counsel and capital finance and is also responsible for managing the company’s administrative and legal affairs. Prior to joining The Pelican Group, he worked at Robert Allen Law in Miami, Florida serving as outside corporate counsel to companies in a variety of industries including charitable corporations. In addition, he was the founding chairman and board member of the U.S. operations of Mary’s Meals, an international charity based in Scotland which feeds over 1 million children daily in a place of education. Before his position with Robert Allen Law, Mr. Holder served as the Director of Religious Education at St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Mobile, Alabama and as an adjunct theology faculty member at Spring Hill College. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville, S.T.L in moral theology from the Angelicum, and J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law.
